You will receive an email from me within 24-48 hours with the actual shipping costs (whether a partial refund is in order or if more funds are needed or if it's accurate). If you would rather proceed without the actual shipping cost estimate please note that in the comments block when you check out. If the actual shipping cost does not exceed what you were charged then I will procede with the shipment and refund the difference in the shipping cost.
