Images may not be stamped onto paper and sold uncolored as this would be a violation of copyright.

Products are limited to stock on hand. Sorry, but there are no rain checks.

Below you will find our policies for returns, payment and shipping. Please note, I reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason including credit issues or past problems.

We guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging and all accessories. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of torn or used stamps. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Washed T-Shirts cannot be returned.

Custom made artwork is not returnable. You will have the opportunity to review a preliminary version of the artwork. If you elect to proceed then that transaction is final. Your credit card will be charged when you complete the PayPal transaction. Shipment will be as quickly as possible. Artwork (both custom and non-custom) shipment will be dependant on the backlog ahead. You will be notified upon receipt of art request the expected ship date.

You will be responsible for all shipping charges for the return. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in new condition, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase minus shipping.

We accept PayPal, All Major Credit Cards, and Checks. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay. You can use your credit cards to securely pay through PayPal.

We do accept Money Orders and Personal Checks, however orders will not be shipped until payment is received and cleared. Payment is due within one week after you have placed the order, unless you let me know it will be later than that time period. Non receipt and or contact after that seven days, the order will be canceled and the items will be restocked.

Your products will be shipped after your check has cleared at the bank.

We do accept orders by email at susana@susanascustomartandcarddesign.com.

We hand deliver all orders to the post office.

$20.00 - $29.99 = $5.25
$30.00 - $49.99 = $6.75
$50.00 - $79.99 = $8.60
$80.00 - $99.99 = $10.70
Over $100.00 = Free*

The U.S. Postal Service has raised the rates as of 01/04/2010. The above rates reflect a small increase over last year's shipping rates. This amount includes my prep time, drive time any supplies needed to ship your order. The shipping rate applies only for destinations within the United States. Consider the $4.95 the cost of gas to drive down to the store these days.

I will do my best to ship out orders within 2 business days of receipt of payment. If you experience a shipping delay please check the home page for out of office alerts. Shipping time will be affected if you pay be check as I will wait up to seven days for the check to clear. If it does not, I will unfortunately have to cancel your order.

Shipping costs of international orders will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the packaging. Please place your orders and complete the checkout process and disregard the freight cost. I will email you with the final shipping cost. You can then decide if you want to proceed with the order. Any import duties, taxes and customs / postal handling charges are your responsibility.

International orders that exceed $100 (USD) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail for tracking and insurance purposes.

Please note - I do not accept checks or money orders for international orders. At this time I only accept credit/debit cards (processed by PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account) or PayPal payments.

If you would rather proceed without the actual shipping cost estimate please note that in the comments block when you check out. If the actual shipping cost does not exceed what you were charged then I will proceed with the shipment and refund the difference in the shipping cost. If additional shipping fees are need I will email you before proceeding.
